Icare ensures continuity of service and extends coverage of disinfection costs

Icare is doing the best to support its partners in this period of Covid-19.

Our operational services remain available through the usual channels at the following times:

• The technical platform for care requests: 8:00-12:30 / 13:30-18:30
• Customer relationship service: 08:30-12:15 / 13:45-18:00

In order to protect its customers, individuals and professionals operating on the vehicle, Icare is extending the coverage of the costs of disinfecting the vehicles as part of the sanitary measures.

It will be recalled that this measure applies to any intervention linked to a takeover under a second-hand vehicle guarantee, extension guarantee and maintenance contract, up to a maximum of €20 per operation, until 31 December 2020.
