The extended warranty extends the car manufacturer or dealer warranty. This warranty covers the repair costs of the vehicle (spare parts and labour) in case of mechanical, electronic or electrical breakdowns.
- Icare proposes to its partners, manufacturers, car distribution groups or financial companies a range of personalised extended warranties.
- This driver warranty covers the repair costs of the vehicle (spare parts and labour costs) in case of mechanical, electrical or electronic breakdowns, according to the contract’s terms and conditions.
The extended warranty* is personalised according to:
- the vehicle age and mileage: up to 10 years and 200,000 km upon subscription
- the duration of the warranty: 6 months up to 72 months
- the coverage of the parts: from the manufacturer type to the engine/gearbox/transmission parts coverage
- the payment mode: single or monthly premium
Different types of vehicle are eligible (personal car, light commercial vehicle, motorbike and camping-car) as well as any type of energy (thermal, hybrid and electric).
They can be offered stand-alone or linked to financing solutions (credit, PCP…) and combined with a maintenance contract.
