Maintenance and Warranty
The full maintenance and repair* contract is the most comprehensive one, covering both the cost of routine vehicle maintenance, repairs in case of mechanical breakdowns and roadside assistance. The beneficiary can run in peace of mind, protected against financial contingencies.
It includes:
- service plan recommended by the car manufacturer
- wear and tear parts according to the contract’s terms and conditions (e.g. brakes, shock absorbers, windscreen wipers, etc.)
- the cost of mechanical, electronic and electrical breakdowns according to the covered parts specified in the contract
It may include:
- extended assistance with tow-recovery, a replacement vehicle for the duration of the repairs, the cost of accommodation, repatriation to the home, taxi fares
- replacement car during revisions (according to the formula chosen)
- technical inspection cost
There are many advantages for the driver: spreading of the cost through monthly payment, no advance, no expenses in the event of a breakdown or during maintenance.
Repairs invoices are paid directly to the dealer within 48 hours.
For the dealer, the service plan contract makes possible to purpose a more complete offer and keep customers loyal at the repair shop.
