Icare Service aims to make insurance more accessible. Digital accessibility is one of the areas we are developing for this. Icare Service undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with the Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.

We are currently working to make this website compliant with the standards relating to accessibility for people with disabilities to online public communication services (Decree No. 2019-768 of July 24, 2019). We apologize to all those who could not, to date, access in a simple and complete way to all the content offered.

In addition, the 2021-2023 multi-year accessibility plan and the 2021-2022 action plan are being drafted and will be published shortly.

A technical migration was initiated in 2021 and will be implemented in the first half of 2023. Following this migration, the non-accessible criteria will be reviewed, and this declaration will be reviewed following a new accessibility audit.
