FAQ

The ICARE alert system allows you to make an alert when you have reason to believe that an attempt has been made or a violation of the applicable law (law and regulation) or code of conduct has been committed or when there is a threat of harm to the public interest.

For people based abroad who wish to send an ethic alert, please select “France” both for the country in wich you work and where the violation took place. You will find Icare in the drop-down menu called “ insurance icare”.

If you are an external third party or an employee, use the form on this page.

Yes, your report can be anonymous, unless otherwise stipulated by law. Nevertheless, we recommend that you provide information that will enable the Coordinator to contact you.

If you choose to provide an e-mail address, an acknowledgement will be sent following receipt of the alert.

In all cases, you can follow your alert through your file number and personal password.

Questions may be asked in order to conduct the investigation appropriately.

Reports are handled by independent experts (ICARE Coordinators), confidentially and in accordance with the regulations in force.
