Created in 1983, Icare is the specialist in its market, through three businesses: insurer, management and assistance. A specialist in mechanical breakdown and maintenance contracts, Icare is designing personalised solutions for carmakers, distribution groups, and financial companies. Our proposition is evolving constantly to support our partners in an omnichannel distribution framework and to respond to regulatory and technological pressure. As a subsidiary of BNP Paribas Cardif since 2014, Icare is the Group’s international expertise centre and is now is now expanding in Europe.

Beyond their daily support, their mission is to manage exceptions and 12 people handle nearly 6,500 calls each month with an answer rate of over 97%.


Our Technical Platform supports you during events

As experts in mechanical breakdowns, our advisors assist customers, process event requests and pay repair bills.
A team of 35 people process around 15,000 events a month within a tight schedule.
