Maintenance

The full maintenance contract with wear and tear parts* covers all routine vehicle maintenance activities. It helps to keep the vehicle in good condition while controlling expenses.

It includes:

• maintenance plan recommended by the car manufacturer
• the taking over of the wear and tear according to the general terms and conditions of the contract (e.g. brakes, shock absorbers, windscreen wipers, etc.)

It may include:

• roadside assistance
• the costs of accommodation, repatriation to the home, taxi fares, etc.
• replacement car during maintenance (according to the formula chosen)
• the technical control cost

There are many advantages for the driver: a spread of expenses for the vehicle through monthly payment, no advance, and no expenses for maintaining the vehicle.

Intervention invoices are paid directly to the repairer within 48 hours.

For the dealer, the maintenance contract makes possible to propose a more complete offer and keep customers loyal at the repair shop
